The World is getting more mad every day!
As per IBKR (Interactive Brokers, United States of America based),
stunning 72% of the countries in the world are "high risk" countries.
From a banking/finance perspective obviously.
Done with globalization, which requires at least free flow of capital and funds.
Try to find representatives of the "western world" . . .
