Banking Liaison

RAK Bank, RAK Bank . . .

(Hong Kong, 2018-06-06) RAK Bank, RAK Bank, RAK Bank (although it could be nearly any other UAE Bank)!

You and your other competitors are well know - even over borders - for archaic and rude collection practice towards, better said against, debtors.

In most cases we saw so far, YOU MADE yourself regular clients to irregular debtors . . . those stories fill up Gigabytes meanwhile.

  • But now stalking campaigns via Facebook - what has this to do with serious business practice of a fully regulated bank???
  • Or do you execute a new circular from the Central Bank?
  • How is it justified to penetrate and bother friends of your debtors, who obviously were NOT entered as the stupid silly "Name and contact number of a friend in UAE" in the account opening form - but now arbitrarily selected out of your debtor's Facebook Friend List???

And, RAK Bank, do you think it is good for your reputation if you mobilize your employee Genelia Cardoz to send out random Facebook messages to unknown users,

  1. in such a poor and incorrect English;
  2. infringing valid and strict UAE Cyber Crime Laws;
  3. infringing definitely any existing bank secrecy and consumer protection???

We really wish you and your competitors, that your long year lasting unlawful acting itself will one day not only be criminalized (IT IS ALREADY CRIMINAL WHAT YOU DO) but also punished by the concerned executive!!!

It will then be our pleasure to send related messages to your Facebook friends - in better English of course!

And of course, we will report further, what Dubai Police's Cyber Crime Department has to say about the unlawful acting of Ms. Genelia Cardoz.
